Without attempting to predict what the future will hold in store for FAMH, I would like to briefly share two points that are provided strictly as examples that somewhat relates to the "Temporary Staffing Services Sector!"
I had the opportunity to work in Europe a number of years ago! ( 13 years ago to be precise!)
At that time the person that I reported to, owned/controlled one of the largest coffee manufacturers in the world, and had recently acquired two of the largest chocolate manufacturing companies!
He turned these companies around a made a substantial return on his investment! The term Billions comes to mind! But it would only be a guess on my part!
So here is the situation! A great number of people in the world drink coffee and eat chocolate!
So what does this entrepreneur do? He sells all the coffee and chocolate businesses, and invests most of the proceeds into the Employment Recruitment and Temporary Staffing Service Business!
Now keeping in mind that this was about 13 years ago, this would have labelled him as a "renegade!" at that time!
I can only guess at the rest of the story! But last I saw , his name was listed in the Fortune Top 500, as one of the wealthiest entrepreneurs in the world!
He is also the same individual that told me that he wanted to aggressively persue bottled water in North America! ( But fortunately 13 years ago we were able to talk him out of his silly idea!---I am no longer employed by his firm! I wonder why????).
From my own personal experiences in participating in recruiting and staffing ( on a small scale!) I remember / recall an absolute feeling of "horror" when I would be advised that certain employee's would be away from work!-----When I would try to get Temporary Staffing Replacements, the cost scenario wasn't even a consideration, because good/talented individuals were always difficult to find!
( In my own personal opinion, the good ones are worth their weight in "GOLD!")-----But! Keep in mind this is my own personal opinion!
