Tech: Which requirements for listing were they able to meet only by doing the private placement? Since the deal was done after the SEC had approved the new Nasdaq Small Cap listing requirements, all the co. should have needed to qualify was $50mm mkt. cap and 1mm shs. public float. I still don't understand why they didn't file for National Market listing at the time since the bid price was above those requirements at that time. I don't believe this is a big deal, but I am curious if either you or Michael know the thinking behind applying for Small Cap instead.
