Bob, your point is well taken but looking beyond "colocation", is WCOM going to enter into a contractural aggreement with FTEL if their intention was not to consider them their primary venue or collaborator for this service? There might be much more to this "colocation" agreement than meets the eye. "Colocation" will very likely turn into marriage if FTEL becomes a dominant player and Frank allows it to happen. If they had thier eye on another FTEL-like company, would they be signing contracts like this? I think not. That's why I am pleased for FTEL's potential well beyond the scope of this announcement.
