Sorry you got stuck with a bad roof.

Minor detail / inconvenience. The only roofs I'm really concerned about are the flat ones 10 or 15 stories up. There any mistake gets expensive.

BTW, one of my roofs is some 100 years old. Yes, with a few minor repairs. Clay tiles sitting on a 250+ year old structure. Sadly the warranty has run out. :-)
