Vanni, tighten that girdle would you CREAF makes computer components not computers. Why not drop by a retailer like CRAPUSA or BUSYBYE and see what is on the shelves. They are no longer geared towards box sales but add ons and upgrades. Sound Cards, Video Cards, Fax Modem, DVD/ROM, Speakers. This is where the money is and CREAF is highly competitive across the board. People are not buying boxes because you can easily build your own (I Do) with quality products, or you upgrade, upgrade, upgrade. The new CrapUsa here in NYC at 57th Street has a very small section for the boxmakers and a very large section for COMPONENTS. The short is the boxmakers and whoever Creaf eats for lunch. Sorry you had such bad luck with that ETrade long. Drop by a local electronics store and see what those techies suggest you install in your box. Jumper
