Annual Meeting Scheduled for Oct. 25th at 10 a.m. in Denver. Agenda includes approving the reverse split, acquisition of Tamarine (which should improve revenue flow!), electing board members, and approving new stock plan. Full Proxy statement is on EDGAR.
