There's nothing new about this ... the ancient Greeks had a word for this - sophistry. Relativism is another word.
Sophistry is a generic term to describe the use of fallacious arguments that are meant to sound intellectual.

Postmodernism is a recent trend, as the word itself suggests. I don't know of any point in history, not even during the Greco-Roman era, which exhibited the kind of moral and philosophical relativism that postmodernism pushes.

Once you begin to understand postmodernism, you will understand the method behind the madness of the left, as well as the method behind the madness of Trump. IMO, of course.
