They waited until they met the tangible asset requirement. (which the $5.1 million prescription gave them)

I suspect that since market cap can be influenced by share price, it is safer for a company to meet the asset requirement as well and not only depend on the market cap.

I think that is why they waited until they met the asset requirement.
