Finance Minister Charles Sousa on the tentative agreement between the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) and the OPSEU Liquor Board Employees Division (LBED) Charles Sousa, Minister of Finance, issued the following statement on the tentative agreement between the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) and the OPSEU Liquor Board Employees Division (LBED): "I am pleased that the negotiating teams of the LCBO and the OPSEU Liquor Board Employees Division (LBED) have been able to come to a tentative agreement. This is good news for LCBO workers and for the people of our province. I want to thank both parties for their hard work and their efforts to come to a mutual agreement in the interests of all parties, including the people of Ontario."
