Does anybody understand what he was talking about here ? Is Talx's customer trying to get rid of Talx and "do it yourself" ? Which area was he referring to (Work Number, customer premise, or both) ?

This has been a disappointing development, although the recent weakness in share price does reflect those consideration, but the magnitude is large. See what will happen next.
