Obama was soooooo sure that Russia was meddling in our election that he took the oh-so-drastic step to warn them against it.

Only after Trump won did Obama slap sanctions on Russia.

Think about it, Brumar. Why did Obama not take any more drastic steps until after Trump's surprising victory?
