Yes, there are actually two general adeas floating around this thread. The 1st that I will talk about is the one I happen to think will happen. If (and it is a big if) IOMG hits the range you mentioned, then investers who jumped in at the 2nd offering will bail out at the break even point. other investers who bought around now or in the teens would be glad to get out too, I'm sure.
The other idea, which I am not totally counting out, is that this stock cannot be stopped in the midst of this run-up. If shorts suddenly change views, and start to buy back their shares, this also could happen, and a lot quicker too! Whoever it was that said in a previous post that the shorted shares were like rocket fuel, could not have put it better. Once the shorters reach a consensus that it is time to cover, then this one's headed for the moon!
