GOV. Upping my stub position as stock drops on an announced merger. Negatives for GOV: Interests of management/controlling Portnoy family are not aligned with interests of outside shareholders. This has been a major complaint about the company. Company leases office buildings to fed/state gov. If fed gov is going to be reduced by current administration, then demand for office space in DC area may decrease. Stated bv has declined over past few years (This is a negative for me, anyway.) ====================================== 8% distribution yield. I'll chance that div won't be cut and stock will trade again, eventually, in $20's. finance.yahoo.com
