What it is is BULLSHIT. ACA does not make insurance coverage cheaper. It causes other people to pay for it.
As to the mom, she can have no conceivable idea whether her daughter would have insurance or not.

I worked in multiple cancer clinics for 15 years. Never ONCE was anyone turned away for not being able to pay for it. One of the providers, however, quit delivering service because Medicare would not pay for the drugs he had to use. That is a fact.

You cannot have a rational analysis of this situation based on the difficult of a person, particularly when the speaker may be a Democrat. We already know that Democrats have no scruples on this issue. It is Jihad, and Democrats can say or do anything in the name of Jihad.
