I'm not sure this analysis for MU has been posted before but IMHO it's worthwhile reading even though lengthy:

I admit it's a little scary how bullish the analysts are (1 Sell Rating, 3 Hold Ratings, 25 Buy Ratings ) with even the only Sell (by Ronnie Moas at Standpoint Research) actually being a Reduce holdings by 50% (which is only prudent IMHO):
