Yes, just like Mork did with DVBC. For everyones information, when Mork and tried to steal the name Olympus Ventures, Inc. in Washington State, he found out that his DVBC had expired far longer than OVIS. I wish I could have seen that one comming and taken the name DVBC from him. That would have made all his stock invaild, and that's just what he wanted to do with OVIS, make the stock invalid and never cover his large short position. Well Mork's scam never panned out!

That was one of the early rounds in this fight.

Didn't have some papers in order? What a surprise from a company that allowed its incorporation to expire. How can they be expected to run a business?
