I have a 3-month old Dell Inspiron 5000 series laptop and for some reason my ability to wirelessly connect with a Bose Bluetooth speaker has disappeared. The laptop can't discover the speaker. (the speaker still works with my iPad so it's not a speaker problem). When I try the "troubleshoot" option it tells me that Bluetooth is not turned on. Apparently I've inadvertently turned it off. How do I turn it back on? Bluetooth is no longer listed in the "action center". I'm using Windows 10. Any ideas? I'm pretty much a non-techie so be gentle ....

TIA

Pat
