vinod: I would agree that Schmidt is good as a technologist, but as a strategist and marketer, that's where NOVL most likely needs help, and you'll probably right, FAST!! I don't know the history of the BOD, but I would suspect somethings got to move them off their butts and into action, right?? Can't some of these members be thrown out?
