Hey, fellow venture capitalists:

Has anyone looked at this: techfunding.com ? Tedchnology Funding is offering shares in its new VC fund (Technology Funding Venture Capital Fund VI). They are going to raise $100M by selling 1M shares at $100, with a minimum 10 share ($1000) investment. (I think I originally saw the ad for this on SI.)

Anyone have a feel for the level of risk/reward, or any thoughts on this type of thing? For $1000, it could be fun...
