Michael, this is one of the posts that refers to the SEC. I am aware that a market maker must fill out form 15c2-11 for NASD, I am unaware of any corporate obligations. The SEC failed to inform RMIL that they needed to file a form to get the trades up and running. This should take a day or two, but the halt has been lifted! Call RMIL @ 954-565-9292 for details if needed. But rest assured that nothing is wrong and we will be up trading in the next few days.
