Could be, but that means they're not warming net net if they're taking up CO2.

There is no saturation of CO2 independent of temperature and pressure. You imagine the oceans are just sucking up or having CO2 pushed into them independent of temp and pressure. That's your error.

Henry's Law. If water warms, it can hold less CO2. Less CO2 in the oceans means more in the atmosphere.
