Henry's Law says that IF CO2 is increasing in the ocean on a net basis, then the ocean isn't warming on a net basis.

By golly you got it all wrong!

Only a small percentage of the surface area of oceans on the Earth are not taking up CO2.

Henry's Law is working just fine because most of the surface waters are not saturated!

It's a shame you're a physics denier.
Henry's Law. If water warms, it can hold less CO2. Less CO2 in the oceans means more in the atmosphere.

My high school physics students know more than you do!

My salt water surface temp here in front of my home on Puget Sound is at 10C.

Far far from being saturated.

Then as you go north of Seattle out in the Pacific it gets colder as you go north.

(I'll give you a hint. It can hold much more CO2 before becoming saturated!)
