If you are taking about the Shawn Hannity type of conservative, I dont like them either. For example, Hannity's pontification on how the US was sacrificing itself on behalf of Syrians as morally good because "that's what we do." BS on that. If Americans should sacrifice themselves for gangs of savages in Syria, why not for fellow Americans? To Hannity, sacrifice is good. Sacrifice is considered a good since it is altruistic. Altruism is why the Republicans will not repeal obamacare. Everyone has a right to YOUR life except you.
