Hi Gary. I have owned this one several times on run-ups only to be stopped out at small losses. Decided not to fight it after last time but the fundamentals are SO compelling. The biggest question hanging over my decision to plunge back in may be lurking in that $.65/share legal expense. Can you expand on that subject? Is that due strictly to labor disputes or is there another reason? I really hate the extortionist tactics of the Unions. They represent such a small percentage of the workforce but they have insinuated themselves into some very crucial areas of our society and are capable of having a devastating effect on all of us. It still infuriates me that our federal gov't panders to them even to the point of legitimizing their gangsterism in our public schools, public services---our so-called 'public servants'. BAH!! Frank
