It’s been speculated that Art Doyle is Martin Shkreli. For example, this SA post:

“My guess is that Art Doyle could be Martin Shkreli or somehow affiliated with him. I suspect that because Shkreli said in his FB feed a few days back to "take profits in OMER and don't forget say thank you". Coincidence for a major short attack and short piece a few days later? I think not.”

As for Omeros investors being idiots, both of us picked OMER in the Charity Contest. Does that count? ;-)
