I should have stated SHORT 200 ZITL at 10 13/16.....the target was lower but all I said was "got 200 ZITL at 10 13/16.... However, it appears as though I have screwed this up....I shorted 200 AVNT at 18 5/8 yesterday for a cost of $3,704.92 w/ the $19.95 commission included.....The ZITL short cost me $ 2,142.47 w/ commissions...This cost me $5,846.39 which is greater than $5,000...However, all I need to do is cover so my buying power is really not hindered...... Would it look something like this.... Start $ 5,000 Shorted 200 AVNT + $3,704.92 Shorted 200 ZITL + $2,142.47 Total Cash= $ 5,846.39 + $5,000 = $10,846.39 Total Stock=$ -5,846.39 Total Equity=$ 5,000 Hope I didn't "break the rules" Dan Ross
