How do you know the surface of Puget Sound isn't saturated? You make bald assertions with nothing behind them.

Are you familiar with the word equilibrium? Water taking up or outgassing CO2 is an equilibrium reaction .... it happens because the atmosphere and water are constantly moving into equilibrium as temperature and pressure changes.

What's your basis for claiming that Henry's Law doesn't work in Puget Sound?

You need to show that Puget Sound has a lower CO2 content than it should.

The graph you provide only shows what the saturation point is for CO2 in seawater at specific temps at sea level.

Puget Sound is not saturated at sea level.

Far from it.

I believe the graph below shows how much CO2 the surface of Puget Sound holds, whatever the temperature is:

Incorrect.

It does not show what the surface of Puget Sound holds!
