Chan ....Here are some ideas.

Have a lot of breakout sessions that relate to a specific subject so that those interested in that subject can attend. The sessions would fall into 3 categories:Software; Hardware;Trading Systems. In software for example individual speakers would discuss Get or TC2000 or Metastock etc.In all there might be 15 or 20 such sessions .This would require 20 small rooms or discrete areas and 20 "experts". Would this be manageable? Or maybe a large space like a conference but divided into different "booths"

Probably the most effective sessions in the first 2 TAOTN meetings were the midnight impromptu gatherings where one on one discussions were held. These were informal with one guy just showing another or the group what he knew.I'm thinking of something like that where people are free to stay one minute or a long time or just wander around at their own pace.

If you think this approach has merit I would be willing to work with you
to figure out what the 20 topics would be and who the experts could
be.

What do you think?

Jack

P.S. Thanks for your booklet. I am reading and am impressed!
