Russian Puppet Master Sergey Lavrov Just Blew Donald Trump’s Cover Donald Trump Opinion by Down Goes Trump - July 7, 20170

We’re all still supposed to believe that Donald Trump somehow isn’t a puppet of the Russian government, right? That’s the line that Trump and his White House and his favorite media outlets are still pushing. And then there are the naive types who thought Trump might use his meeting with Vladimir Putin today to prove he’s not a Russian puppet. But in the end, it was Russia’s own puppet master Sergey Lavrov who blew Trump’s cover today.
After the closed door meeting between Trump, his fellow Russian puppet Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Vladimir Putin, and Russian Foreign Minster Sergey Lavrov today, the verdict came from the Russian side. Lavrov came out of the meeting and announced that “Trump accepted Putin’s statements that it’s not true the Russian leadership intervened in the election” according to NPR. Then as if on cue, Russian puppet Tillerson announced that “Tillerson told reporters his interpretation of the exchange was that the men agreed on the need to move past the election interference issue” according to that same NPR feed. And that’s all we really need to know, right?
Russia decided that the outcome of today’s meeting would be a unified message that the whole Trump-Russia scandal never happened, despite the mounting and increasing evidence that something treasonous did happen. And then Trump’s sidekick Tillerson took his marching orders and parroted the official Russian line.
Donald Trump, of course, said nothing – because he’s too far in over his head with the Russians to even understand his own scandal. But that’s okay, because Sergey Lavrov did us all a favor by blowing the cover of Trump and Tillerson when he announced the Trump administration’s position on the Trump-Russia scandal. Now at least there’s no longer any doubt. For those on the fence, there’s no longer any pretending otherwise: Trump is more of a Russian puppet than ever.
