NC was just as emphatic about the CCK deal with Honu and look how that turned out. Then there are the many threats of legal action that never seemed to materialize. There is a small matter of ASTM designation that was supposedly inevitable within days and that was, what, 2 years ago?

I'm sure there are many more examples of his emphatic predictions that were wrong.

GrumpyGus, this is a prelude to CPTAQ reversing their improper decision to suspend the file.

The Company has mandated its external legal counsels to seek a review of the CPTAQ decision and anticipates that the CPTAQ will reconsider this matter shortly.

Obviously the company has been having dialogue with CPTAQ over this matter while halted.

It may be a matter of a few days to see a reversal of the decision.
