2017-07-10 @ 240-pounds . . . I've been in Ensenada, Mexico on a mission trip this past week....
eating lots of tacos and tartas!
BUT, I guess the hard preaching and construction work I did burned some pounds off anyway!
Wednesday I am going on another vacation .. this time only for 5 days . . in the USA.
Staying in Ohio and going to Jamboree In The Hills for lots of good country music.
Hopefully the good eating and drinking won't throw me off too much.
THEN I'll be back in focus on my normal way of life again starting next Monday.
