I think all of this activity is stock moving from Summit Technology sellers to LCA-Vision buyer. The main problem is that LCA-Vision needs the money to expand and run the business, and not to own a greater percentage of the stock; although they are buying at an attractive price.

I don't think you are going to get your buy under $1.00/share, but good luck on your purchase.
