Don't know if the north side is having the same problems as the south. One of the biggest is the prevalence of AirBnB rentals, which are attracting 15-20 people per rental rather than the traditional family rentals. Too many late night night parties, parking problems, and trash strewn about.

Owners make more from AirBnB than they do from local renters, which is causing a lot of problems for the locals.

It remains to be seen how much the snow melt is going to impact the area - it's only beginning. That fire was huge and has to be causing some problems. I haven't found any articles on it. Guess when it causes problems, we'll hear about it.
