Not completely OT 4:50 pm Fortress Investment shareholders approve proposed acquisition by SoftBank ( SFTBY); anticipated to close in the second half of 2017 ( FIG) : The transaction remains subject to certain regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. - Recall that Softbank was a shareholder of Yahoo and Yahoo Japan, and apparently is one of the larger shareholders of Altaba Inc.
