We got our rainbow trout from this place (10.99 a pound) in Henderson and it looked (and tasted) very fresh:

It looked very similar to Whole Foods. Best Apricots I have ever had. I eat fish and shell fish. Lobster is very healthy with lots omega 3 oils.

Why don't you eat shell fish? I went out with this very hot Syrian modern Orthodox Jewish girl from Brooklyn well over 40 years ago who wouldn't eat shell fish because she said they eat dudie. Didn't bother me in the least.
