Jim, O.K. thanks, let me say it again. it is not going to happen. 1)I don't belive ASND wants to sell ( their not trying to hit breakeven on their stock and sell) 2)No way no how can LU make a cash offer, and why would they want to do a deal that was'nt a pooling of interest unless it was so cheap it would be worth the pain in the ass. 3) Why would ASND sell out cheap($35) when buisness is getting back on track. 4) Not one analyst I talk to belives that LU will buy ASND. So why even think about it, if it did happen I would be disappointed.
