"Have you ever run 100 miles in your entire life?" "I bet no way!"

You are wrong!

Hundred Mile Club circa 1962, Army combat veteran, and former wild lands firefighter.

To this day I am a volunteer trail builder and mountain climber (non-technical). It's how I got Lyme disease and related co-infections as I prefer bushwhacking off trail in rugged terrain - gets the heart pounding and exercises one's sense of balance as well as anything can. Besides, the profuse perspiration generated by these activities helps eliminate toxins, as you probably know, aiding the immune system.
