Fresh fish is plentiful here now. Late yesterday I picked up this headed & gutted 4 1/2 pound sockeye for $26.50. This morning put it to my venerable old (made in Finland) Rapala fillet knife, producing 6 bone-in steaks and 2 boneless fillets. Now the hot pan awaits...
