Eric,

While I wholeheartedly agree with you, I've decided that this is the price we pay to invest in an OTCBB stock.

Also, maybe since it is a "letter of intent", there may not be final details. How's that for a positive spin on not knowing what exactly is going on.

I hope someone can find out what happened with the conference call
with the brokers.
