Pogeu:

VP is a valued member of our community and provides valuable insights. He and I have discussed Tick Borne Diseases in the past and he is quite well versed in the area. I'm not sure there is any REAL expert on Lyme Disease, at least until they come up with a true "cure" that works for the persistent cases. It is complex.

On D3, yikes, just the other day my daughters LLMD indicated her 72 level was too high (yes this is what we run into). It was not the time or place to start educating him on hydroxy levels (mine was in mid 140's on the last test)) but when my daughter first came down with Lyme it was 13. (Note this 13 level has something to do with the infection).

Well my best week was only 93 miles and it would not have been at race pace. Of course that would have been almost 40 years ago. I'm back on the DL, from running, at the moment. A bone bruise / foot issue but I'm biking. Haven't done more than 45m @ a clip.

The foot is more an age thing :). It just happened while running uphill. Might have had something to do with worn out sneakers.

Of course your style can grate on some people but VP is a Lyme warrior.

Best,

Tim
