Cilic was broken mentally, so his team was equally to blame for pure performance. Anyone playing Federer (true Master in tennis sport) knows that it is battle in multiple fronts...mentally, physical, strategy,....so they should prepare him better, knowing that Cilic has tendency to be "weak" in crucial matches.

Hope, he did learn lesson. Been W-runner is big achievements, nonetheless.
