John,

Why do we do this to ourselves? Why do we keep on putting money on the table in blackjack or change in the slot machine...you know the answer already. Now we all buy to show how smart we are...sure hope everyone is right. Looks like a bargain at this price, but there is still the trust issue now. They now say they are "comfortable" with 1.20 for next year, but I'm not "comfortable" with them telling us that any more, even if it wasn't Robinow who said it this time. Maybe Brimmer would get RAIN more credibility if he brought Robinow on to CNBC tomorrow with a new guillotine he wanted to test. The likely upcoming lawsuits which will occur as a result of Robinow's comments won't help the pr in the short term, so remember that buying in here is likely not for any immediate recovery, although I wouldn't expect it to just sit at 17 either.

The numbers primarily reflect the drop in retail sales, so I guess now RAIN has to get their stores better individualized....I had wondered why Disney RAIN had generally the same merchandise as the Sawgrass RAIN(Sawgrass is an outlet shopping center and caters to a very different crowd, such as those looking for deals, vs. Disney-goers who expect to pay large amounts and don't care). Better marketing will eventually need to done, including getting the characters out there in a more loveable fashion to attract kids and make people want to buy items...even simply having people dressed in Cha-Cha outfits going around the restaurant or retail store to have pictures taken with kids or give them hugs or something...kids and families eat that stuff up. These characters need to be much better developed to help retail sales across the board.

Basically people need to hang in there, as all should be just fine. However, if you don't trust management, there is no reason to put yourself through the agony of worrying every day, so don't overload beyond your comfort zone...my opinions only, for what they're worth.

Hope everybody had a nice day ;)

Marshall
