Hi Fawn,

I really think all your efforts to get to the bottom of CAFE has begun to take its toll on you <grin> !!!! I figured that Mirage did not buy CAFE or partner with them. CAFE just got some money from Mirage because of the lease. After that the picture gets fuzzy, like:

1. How much money ? I got the impression that if CAFE is just managing the restaraunt, then maybe the Mirage bought all the stuff in the restaurant from CAFE. This could wind up being a good chuck of change.

2. Since Rubin is just managing the restaurant, does this mean the Mirage will now be the ones marketing the restaraunt ? Putting other Country Stars in their other hotels ? If so, a big plus.

3. Why does Rubin need to FAX you answers ? Why doesn't he release this news -- which is certainly newsworthy, especially after the "love note" he released on the 29th ? The optimist in me says the reason he answered the phone and spoke with you is that all of our questions will be answered before he has to respond to your FAX. I had to laugh about the SEC not allowing him to say stuff over the phone -- how do you think a FAX is transmitted !!

Will the alleged recent events significantly influence the stock price -- I have no clue.

The irony of all this is we're dying for news not because we care about CAFE, we just want to sell with some dignity !
