Hi DJ. My first post here, and got through reading the financials of this company. Ther revenues are great, but possibly they got too big too fast trying to keep up with their competition. The danger of them fumbling the ball in managing this 'Trojan Horse' they built is the only reason I see why the stock price could be where it currently is.
There will be great expense also replacing damaged goods on all those shelves in the stores they aquired.

I knew a 'Palmer Video' store that opened a few years back, and got started pretty quick, looked professional, got tired of paying the royalty and bought his way out to become a private store. The store usually has good traffic. The biggest issue with a video store is get it off the shelf and rented for the old titles, and new releases must have more than 5-10 copies to make the money. A couple months later they can be packaged and sold at a discount. Also they have to have deals like 3 movies for 3 days for 3 bucks, except new releases.

They'll make it as long as they keep focused. Right now they're looking at a financial blizzard of statements from all these stores with different accounting principles. Once they're on the same sheet of music, it will be alot easier.
(considering laying down a bet on these guys.)
