I don't think the market tops without a great deal of volume. I'm not sure I would use a handful of stocks (FANG) alone to track it.

Overall market breadth is getting less and less broad with each successive new high.

Strength in popular stocks can mask what is really happening to the average investor who does not track the broader market and only reads the headlines.

Bob, you are not an average investors. I have some idea of how you profit from buying options on COHU, as an example, when it is oversold and under loved, only to sell when the stock rises.

Honestly calling a market top based on Rydex Funds is probably a fool's errand. I really would not be surprised to see the market correct some without going into a bear market until the Fed gives us an inverted yield curve again.



We simply are not there. But the Fed is raising rates. They know they have created a bubble in stocks and sooner, or later, they are going to pop it.
