I can't blame a Senator at this point. Except Lisa Murkowski and Shelley Capito - If they vote against a straight repeal to take effect in 2 years. They voted Yes in 2015. Especially Capito who is up for re-election 2018 - would be a shock if Trump doesn't twist her arm
