Corex Gold (CGE-V) July 19, '17 appointment of Doug Ramshaw as President and CEO of the Company, effective immediately. Mr Ramshaw currently serves in the capacity of VP Corporate Development and additionally as a Director.
Mr. Ramshaw is a senior executive and corporate director with more than 20 years of experience in the mineral resource sector. His work has focused on mineral project evaluation, M&A, and business development strategies supporting corporate growth. Mr. Ramshaw previously worked as a mining analyst for an independent brokerage firm in London, U.K., and has served in various executive capacities for a number of publicly listed junior resource companies. He remains an independent Director of several companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Ramshaw holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, in London, United Kingdom.
Mr. Craig Schneider has stepped down as President and CEO to accommodate this management change and will remain active in the marketing and development of Corex in his capacity as a Chairman of the Board of the Company. The Company thanks Mr Schneider for his leadership of the Corex since its founding and looks forward to his continued involvement.
