I still believe that the US markets were undervalued last year and the negativity was extreme early in 2016. Beyond reason, IMO. Now that has changed with the moves made this year. As to current valuations, I think there are plenty of reasons for and against viewing SPY as much more fairly valued.

The 2nd half of June's action took a lot of the overbought condition out of the indicators but that's not to say we can't roll over here......
