And what is your source that the SEC is totally satisfied with the 8-K? There is absolutely no way you can make that statement. The SEC has the ability to halt the stock for 10 days. After that, the onus is on the MM's to determine whether or not they want to risk making a market, when the financials are not current.

Once again Pugs, you don't know what you're talking about.
