LAWSUIT HAS NO MERIT.... Caprius has cash it needs to comercialize the Aurora system but some Hack lawyer sees money and upset investors and goes for it.. where is the unabomber when you really need him? hu! Any way ...here it is.. A lawsuit seeking class action status was filed against Caprius inc an imaging systems company in the U.S. District court for the district of Massachusetts. A law firm (Hacks) representing the plaintiffs ( themselves )said Wednesday. The suit was filed in behalf of all persons (themselves) who purchased or otherwise acquired the common stock of Caprius formerly known ANMR systems Inc. during Aug 10, 1994 and through and including December 12 1997.said the (Hack firm) of DeValerio &Pease of sh..t llp in a news release. The suit that alleges ANMR made false and misleading statements and omitted from disclosure material facts about the company's publicly reported revenue and sales projections. the (hack )law firm said. The suit claims that as a result of these actions the company materially overstated its revenues and the projected sales of its principal product. the instascan system. Officials at the Boston court not immediatly available to confirm receipt of the case. Jack Nelson, Caprius's CEO SAID THERE IS NO MERIT TO IT. NO MERIT TO IT. NO MERIT TO IT.... "We will defend ourselves VIGOROUSLY" Nelson said in an interview from the company's Wilmington Mass headquarters..... IMO last time the company was close to a merger and a real breakthrough the lawyers torpedo it and now the hacks are back at it again to suck the remaining seed money required for the comercial success of this system... this is kicking you when you are down...and they don't deserve it. You pay your money and you take your chances just like marriage and life and everything else and the vultures hack lawyers will eat our lunch...if we let them luis
